How long does it take to make a ring?
All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Our Valentina Sarai engagement rings take approximately 3 to 5 weeks from purchase to delivery, depending on the complexity, so we can ensure your ring is absolutely perfect!

What is your Engraving Service policy?
Your Valentina Sarai jewelry can be personalized by engraving a name, a date, or a message on the precious metal of your choice (up to 20 characters).
Every piece of jewelry tells a story and often represents a meaningful milestone, cherished memory, or special connection. Our personalized engraving service adds a unique touch to your piece, creating a lasting keepsake you can treasure for years to come.
Your engraving will be completed in accordance with the technical and design specifications of each piece. Complimentary laser engraving is available for our engagement rings and wedding bands at the time of purchase. For best results, we recommend engraving messages of 20 characters or fewer. For custom engraving requests or additional assistance, please contact our Client Care team.

We currently have one showroom, located at 3401 Mallory Lane Ste 231 in Franklin, TN 37067, USA.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
